Background
Rowan Regional Medical Center is a 268-bed hospital serving the residents of Salisbury, NC and surrounding Rowan County.
Objective
Faced with competition from nearby hospital, Rowan Regional needed a way to communicate to the community its modern facilities, expert staff and being the place where you are cared for by your neighbors.
Deliverables
ABZ developed a microsite for the Family Maternity Center that features videos of physicians, nurses and patients raving about the personal bond that is formed between the hospital staff and patients. Potential patients can learn about the maternity center’s exceptional quality and expertise through an overview of the birthing experience at Rowan Regional, complete with information about maternity classes, pregnancy and how to prepare for a baby. Site visitors may also take a virtual tour of the hospital to become more acquainted with the available services. The videos were also featured on a DVD given to prospective moms. This ongoing campaign will include moms from the community sharing their positive experience at Rowan Regional.
